Proclaim your confidence

This is a blog for people who are trying to get motivation and inspiration to work out or lose weight. I'm still in the process and I'm hoping that by keeping this blog it will do the same for me :) Follow and I will follow back!

Currently in a twelve week competition with my co-workers to see who can lose the most body fat, so I will be updating this blog all the time to stay motivated. My current weight is 173 and my goal within twelve weeks is to get down to 155. I'm not sure if I will be able to do it but i'm going to work my butt off. By the end of the summer I would love to reach 150.
